Associated with our Terms and Conditions, this Shipping & Delivery Policy should be reviewed by all customers before making a purchase. This policy will be effective for any order with us. 

1. Shipping Method:

We mainly opt for Standard Indian Post to move our product from us to you. This shipping method is reliable and cost-effective, meaning that we can pass our savings on to you. Sometimes, such as during periods of high demand and special promotions, we may use another trusted delivery service to ensure that your order(s) arrive on time. We are confident in our chosen partner, and we know you will not only receive your order but also a great service. 

2. Shipping Time: 

We endeavour to dispatch and deliver your order within 5-6 business days after receiving payment. Using Standard Indian Post, the product(s) should reach you in 7-10 business days. However, delays may occur if your location is difficult to reach or due to factors outside of our control, such as holidays or natural disasters. 

3. Shipping Charges: 

All costs will depend, as you would expect, on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Shipping charges will be issued at checkout for your convenience.

4. Tracking Your Order: 

 We will send you an email once the product is dispatched, containing the tracking number(s) for your order. With the tracking number(s), you can check the current whereabouts of your order on the Standard Indian Post website.

 5. Shipping Restrictions:

Currently, we only deliver to addresses in India. Please be aware that some areas are too remote or are not serviced by Standard Indian Post to deliver [our] products to all localities within India. 

6. Third-Party or International Shipping Servers Packages : That Return Us If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or multiple failed attempts for delivery, we will attempt to resolve this with you. Additional shipping fees may apply for a new delivery attempt.

7. Delivery Confirmation

We consider a package delivered when Standard Indian Post confirms its delivery. If you think your order was misdelivered or hasn’t arrived on time, contact our Customer Support team for help.
