Refunds: Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  1. Wrong Product Delivery: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange the return of the incorrect item. Upon receipt, you can choose either a full refund or the correct product to be sent.
  2. Lost Parcel in Shipment: In the unlikely event that your order is confirmed lost by our shipping partner after the estimated delivery time, please contact our Customer Support team. We will conduct a thorough investigation with the shipping partner. If the package is indeed lost, you can opt for a full refund or have your order re-sent.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • For credit/debit card payments, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, based on your bank’s processing time.
  • Refunds for other payment methods will be processed through respective providers, with processing times varying.
